Our NST Aluminum Extrusion Factory provides domestic and international services with our 1,100-metric-ton, 5-inch press machine. The heat system we implement during the production phase ensures that our products have the correct surface, tolerance, and hardness. Our business, which began operations in 2025 with a 10,000 m² workspace in Konya/Seydişehir, is one of the rare sectors that provides quality and reliability.

In our profile production, we produce shower cabins, glass balconies, railings, frames, decoration, construction industry, etc. according to the molds we produce in our stocks and according to your request.

Electrostatic Powder Paint

It is a powder coating process that provides matte and glossy appearance in all kinds of colors in aluminum production.

To increase the adhesion of paint to the aluminum surface, the aluminum is first cleaned with chemical pretreatments, chromated, dried, and then prepared for painting. It is then painted in a Tribo oven and baked at 200°C. Our paint shop meets specific gloss and high-level visual criteria, and we can produce RAL colors and custom colors upon customer request.
